A nice accommodation located close to Piazza della Libertà and close to Piazza San Marco

The apartment is situated close to Piazza della Libertà in a quiet street , the historical center is easily reachable on foot ( it only takes about 10 minutes ) or by numerous means of public transport that pass by, ( the bus stop is 100 metres away from the flat).

You'll find all kinds of shops and a supermarket near to the flat and an indoor car park is situated 500 meters from the apartment ( rates: 15€ a day - 55€ a week).

The apartment is located on the ground floor and it has been recently renovated and furnished.
The flat has : an entrance - a double-bedroom ( or two single beds) - a bathroom with tub and shower - a living room with two sofa bed - color TV - a mini stereo radio tape - a fully equipped kitchenette - gas stove - washing machine - fridge - toaster - coffee machine - waterkoker - microwave owen- - american coffee machine- iron with ironing-board - independent central heating.



SLEEPS: 5 ( 2+2+1)

Prices:
weekly price from 400€ to 520€ - Reduction for stays of two weeks or more.

In the Christmas , Easter , New Year day periods, there is will be an additional charge of 20%



FREE FACILITIES
Consumptions: water - gas - electricity - heating (only weekly rates) - washing machine - Refrigerator - TV 

EXTRA COSTS
final cleaning/linen: 15€ a person


 The availability of the apartment


DEPOSIT (advance payment)
30% of the total amount, by transfer bank or postal order paid no later than 2 days from the date of the request to confirm the apartment

BALANCE 
In cash, at the moment of the handing over of the keys

DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
250€, on your arrival it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment)


 TERMINATION OF BOOKING / RESERVATION
If you cancel the reservation you will lose the advance payment. 

Arrival : from midday to 5 pm
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 9,30 am ( on the day of their departure).

The reservation implies that the general information and conditions have been read and approved.


HOW TO REACH US
Motorway A1, exit Florence Nord and follow the directions for the center, when you reach Viale Lavagnini ( keep to the left) then at the traffic lights with Piazza della Libertà follow the directions for Fiesole. Take the Viale Don Minzoni, at the first traffic light turn left ( via Pascoli ) follow the directions for Ponte Rosso ( keeping to the right)pass over the bridge and take the first on the right in via Faentina. The first street on the left is Via del Pellegrino
