It is the ideal location for anyone wanting to stay in Florence either on holiday or for work.

The apartment which has been recently renovated and completely furnished, has :

- an entrance, 1 large sitting room with sofa bed and dining room, 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms, both of them have 2 single beds, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with w.c., bath and shower, 1 little bathroom with w.c., 2 terraces, 1 utility room, central heating, several fans are available.

DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
350€, on your arrival it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment)

CONDITIONS
Prices of your stay depend on the season, , on the length of the stay and the number of people.
Only the names quoted at the time of booking can reside in the flat. In the case of any name changes or additional guests, you are kindly requested to notify the owner in advance. 


 ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: from 3p.m. to 5p.m - Guests are asked to respect their time of arrival , otherwise the keys will be consigned the day after at 10,00 a.m.
Departure: Guests are requested to vacate the apartment from 8,30- 9,30 a.m. ( on the day of their departure).
(If you leave before the 8.30 am nobody will be able to check the flat, so the deposit will be given back by money transfer ( bank swift) after having detracted the different charges and the bank commission. (after a final check of the flat)
