The apartment is situated in Via Del Corno, on the third and top floor of a 16th century building with elevator in the heart of the historical centre of Florence.
The flat, which has been recently and stylishly renovated, offers all comforts, it has:

A living room with kitchenette boasting a panoramic view overlookingthe roofs of florence  - 1 double-bed room with air conditioning (it is possible to add a third bed, on request) - 1 bed room with two single beds with air conditioning - 1 bathroom with shower.

PAOLA APARTMENT furthermore has: washing machine - gas stove with four burns - fridge - coffee machine ( moka) - american coffee machine - toaster - satellite TV- air conditioning ( in the bedrooms) - independent central heating - lift - terracotta floors.

SLEEPS : 4 + 1

Weekly Prices:

Additional 5th bed: 100 € per week.
Cautionary Deposit: 350 €.
Final cleaning: 60 € .
Gas, Electricity: these must be paid on departure. The costs are based on consumption.
 

LENGTH OF STAY: a minimum of 3 nights starting on any day of the week.

DEPOSIT (advance payment)
For confirmation of your booking we must receive 30% of the total amount, by bank transfer  or postal order within 1 day of  your request.

BALANCE 
In cash, at the moment of the handing over of the keys.
 

DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
350€, on your arrival it will be refunded on departure ( after a final check of the apartment)

CONDITIONS
Prices vary depending on season and length of the stay.
Only the names quoted at the time of booking can reside in the flat. In the case of any name changes or additional guests, you are kindly requested to notify the owner in advance. 



ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE TIME
Arrival: from 2p.m. to 6p.m .
Departure: Guests are requested to vacate the apartment from 8,30- 9,30 a.m. ( on the day of their departure).

The reservation implies that the general information and conditions have been read and approved.
