The appartments are located in the center of Florence, in an ancient street very near San Marco place and San Lorenzo market, just 5 minutes walk from the Duomo and the Michelangelo's David in the Accademia museum.
They are at the second floor (no lift, 32 steps) of a building whose original part goes back to the middle ages and they have been completely restaurated in 2003 (April).
Their rooms are characterized by the tipical "tuscan" beams ceilings and the furniture is of the early 900s.

Both of them are provided with:
- 2 beds + 2 day-beds/chair-beds
- kitchnette completely equipped with cooking utensiles and crockery for 4 people, 2 eletric hotplats, eletric oven, coffeemachine and refrigerator
- bathroom with shower
- heating
- broad blades ceiling ventilators
- bed linen if required

The appartament "San Gallo 1" is a wide one-room flat overlooking the historical palaces of San Gallo Street.The appartament " San Gallo 2" is a two-rooms flat formed by a living-room with a kitchnette and a double bedroom. The living-room is lighted by a big window overlooking the roofs of Florence, and even the bathroom has its own window.

The apartment San Gallo 2 has air conditioning

Prices:
weekly price from 400€ to 580€ - Reduction for stays of two weeks or more.

In the Christmas , Easter , New Year day periods, there is will be an additional charge of 20%

EXTRA COSTS
-Final cleaning of apartment : € 30,00

DEPOSIT (advance payment)
30% of the total amount, by transfer bank or postal order by 2 days from your request to confirm the apartment

BALANCE
at the moment of the handing over of the keys, in cash

TERMINATION OF BOOKING / RESERVATION
If you cancel the reservation you will lose the advance payment.

DEPOSIT ( for any damaged caused )
250€, on your arrival it will be given back when you leave the apartment ( after a final check of the apartment)

CONDITIONS
Prices of your stay depend on the season, , on the length of the stay and the number of people.
Only the names quoted at the time of booking can reside in the flat. In the case of any name changes or additional guests, you are kindly requested to notify the owner in advance.

Arrival : from 3 pm to 6 pm
Guests are requested to vacate the apartment before 9,30 am ( on the day of their departure).

The reservation implies that the general information and conditions have been read and approved.
